So if you are not able to find your Wi-Fi connection on the Schlage Encode app then you must be having a 5 GHz WI-FI connection.
Also, if your Wi-Fi network is hidden then you need to put all the details about your network connection in the connected app manually and then try to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
