1. Plug off the Roku device and let it sit for 2-5 minutes

The Roku is not working and has problems like freezing and restarting because of the most common problem of heat. As Roku devices are small in size and it does not have the facility of internal fans.

The natural tendency of cooling and circulation is by default slow. So due to heat it is freezing and restarting again and again.
